1. Service

Agenda MRI provides a calendar diagnostic and recommendations based on your calendar activity. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Connecting Google Calendar is optional but required to run the diagnostic.

3. Read-only calendar access

When you connect Google Calendar, Agenda MRI requests read-only access. We do not create, modify, or delete events.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorized way.

5. Disclaimer

Agenda MRI provides general productivity insights. It is not professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenda MRI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required for security or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
