What Agenda MRI does

Agenda MRI is a read-only diagnostic tool that analyzes your calendar activity to help you understand how your time is spent and identify improvement rules.

Data we access

If you connect Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar events. We do not create, edit, or delete events on your calendar.

Data we store

To compute your diagnostics and keep a run history, we store a subset of event metadata in our database (Supabase), such as: event title/summary, start/end time, all-day flag, attendee count, and meeting link presence. We also store your diagnostic results (“MRI runs”).

How we use AI

We use AI to generate a diagnostic summary and recommendations based on aggregated metrics and event patterns. We aim to minimize data sent to AI providers and only send what is needed to produce the analysis.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may process limited data with service providers strictly to operate the app (e.g., hosting, database, and AI inference).

Retention

We keep your synced event metadata and MRI runs as long as your account exists, unless you request deletion. (A self-serve delete button may be added later.)

Security

We store tokens and data securely and restrict access to authorized services only. Google tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google Calendar by revoking access in your Google Account security settings.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
